I had the pleasure of dealing with Rhonda Perkins who was the selling agent when I purchased the Gold Coast management rights for sale of Spindrift on the Beach, and cannot recommend her highly enough as a specialist management rights agent who really knows and understands the business. Rhonda also possesses outstanding personal and professional qualities, in particular a high level of communication skills and diligence down to the detail that ensured all of our queries and concerns during the sales process were quickly corresponded and resolved. Rhonda Perkins - We could not have asked for a better agent.

We had the pleasure of selling our Surfers Paradise management rights business through the exemplary efforts of Rhonda. She initially found as an excellent, committed purchaser just before Covid struck. They persisted until the demands of Covid overwhelmed them and they had to withdraw from their purchase. Rhonda then showed great patience and perseverance through the long Covid period, when no one would consider buying a holiday business. At the first sign of post-Covid life for the tourist industry, Rhonda found us an even better purchaser and expertly guided the sale through the torturous process of approvals, despite the tightened lending environment.
